Hide and delete abusive comments
Hide or delete a comment from Wassly without opening the platform.
Monthly auto-reply allowance
Auto-replies count against a monthly allowance, shown on the pricing page at launch.
How it works
Connect Messenger or Instagram
You need at least one of them; the add-on works on top of them.
Set keywords and replies
Choose the keywords, the public reply text and the private message text.

When the customer answers the private message, the chat is ready for your team.

Limits & good to know

- It needs Messenger or Instagram and works on connected channels only.
- The private message follows Meta's rules: one message in reply to the comment, within a set window.
